We didn't get into real estate to chase commissions. We got into it because we saw too many people getting bad advice: agents who overpromised on price to win a listing, who pushed buyers into homes that weren't right, who disappeared after the contract was signed.
We decided to do it differently. Kory brings the analytical side: market data, pricing strategy, negotiation. Veronica brings the relational side: communication, care, and making sure every client feels heard and supported through what can be an overwhelming process.
